Vincentdirect COMPLETES ACQUISITION OF COLORFAST PRESS

Dublin, OH; October 2, 2003—Vincentdirect, a leading direct marketing firm providing creative solutions for graphic design, printing, mailing, fulfillment and e-commerce, today announced the completion of the acquisition of Colorfast Press, also of Dublin. The acquisition significantly increases the size of Vincentdirect,—making it one of the largest direct mail and commercial printing providers in Central Ohio. The expertise Colorfast Press brings in large format, high quality commercial printing in addition to their experience in direct mail for political campaigns, compliments Vincentdirect’s existing business. “This acquisition significantly expands the business and increases our capabilities. My ultimate goal is to combine both facilities under one roof through expansion of our existing building or construction of a new and larger building,” noted Ty Vincent, President of Vincentdirect.

The acquisition of the 10,000 square foot Colorfast facility makes Vincentdirect a dominant player in the printing and direct mail market. Vincentdirect employs 45 people and the combined company employs a total of 60. Jerry Haines, previous owner of Colorfast Press, will take an active role in consulting with the newly combined business.
