Two great companies–One great service!
Columbus, OH; July 20, 2009—Vincent Direct, a leading direct marketing firm providing creative solutions for graphic design, digital and offset printing, mailing, fulfillment and e-commerce, today announced the acquisition of the assets of Russett-Lithokraft, also of Columbus. The acquisition significantly enhances Vincent’s capabilities to serve its and former Russett-Lithokraft customers, making it one of the largest commercial printing and direct mail providers in Central Ohio. The expertise in high quality short-run/on demand printing that Russett-Lithokraft excels at completes Vincent Direct’s existing business. “This combination significantly expands the business and increases our capabilities. Russett-Lithokraft has built an excellent reputation of providing high quality printing and direct mail services for over 32 years of business. Many of their employees and sales representatives will join the Vincent staff, ensuring a smooth transition and the continuation of excellent services their clients have come to expect,” noted Ty Vincent, President of Vincent Direct.

The integration of the 67,000 square foot Russett-Lithokraft facility makes Vincent Direct a dominant player in the printing and direct mail market. Vincent Direct employs 60 people and the combined company will employ a total of approximately 75 people. The expanded operation will be housed in Vincent Direct’s existing facility. Jack Russett, who owned Russett-Lithokraft for 32 years, will take an active role in Vincent’s business development.About Vincent Direct.
